Promoting the dialog between the arts and sciences in North Rhine-Westphalia - this is the aim of the new fellowship program of the Kunststiftung NRW in cooperation with the Center for Life Ethics (University of Bonn) and the Insel Hombroich Foundation.

Artists and scientists have different ways of approaching the world and its phenomena. The aim of this program is to explore these differences within the framework of a moderated and transdisciplinary collaboration in order to open up new possibilities for individual and social transformation processes.
The program supports ten fellows from North Rhine-Westphalia from different areas of the arts and various scientific disciplines. The one-year pilot phase of the “Future Workshop of the Arts and Sciences” begins in October 2024 and is focused on the topic of “Tipping Points”.
